"I enjoyed navigating around your carers website and found it very easy to use". Comment made 9th May 2011.
Comments about the information leaflets "On the last page it should say the free health checks are available at pharmacies as well as GP surgeries." Comment made 24th May 2011. Response: Yes, free health checks are available at pharmacies as well as GP surgeries. I will amend the leaflet accordingly for next time. "..really good. Just one thing; at the moment you just give phone numbers for the local groups. We do have a website and this email address, could these be included?" Comment made 9th May 2011. ".. a joint leaflet .. as these are often picked up in a hurry and people don't always notice the difference until later. I think for the next print run one leaflet for NEE would be great." Response: This can certainly be considered for next time. Sounds easier to have a joint leaflet. |
