Risk Management in Small Organisations
Independent trainer and consultant Sandy Adirondack was the guest speaker on Monday 5 September to 28 participants at the Tendring Trustee Network. Sandy’s presentation covered three risk elements – identification, analysis and management, organisations were also advised on how to undertake a risk assessment and there was an opportunity to get questions answered at the end of the presentation.
One of the participants reported learning that ‘although risk assessment is 90% common sense, some knowledge of the legal side is very handy to have.’
