Friendship Cafés

Have fun with friends

All our activities are subject to change, so the venue, date, and time may be different to those shown. Please contact us in advance to check details and to book your place.

Friendship cafes are weekly get-togethers for anyone who feels isolated, wants to make new friends, or has experienced bereavement. With fun activities, guest speakers at every session, and outings planned throughout the year, there’s plenty to keep you refreshed. It’s a great place to meet others for a cuppa and a chat.

The Dementia Café is a place for people with dementia, their families, and friends to meet up.

CVST runs seven cafes around Tendring, including the Dementia Cafés. You don’t need to book a place. However, it’s a very good idea to call 01255 425692 before you plan to attend for the first time so we can both check the group is going to be at the venue and not scheduled to be on a trip.
