3) Find the ‘Documents’ tab

4) Locate ‘Planning application guide – rec’d 08.05.2026’, published on 08 May 2026

5) Click the view document symbol The guide outlines the planning application structure, key documents and supporting documents to help you navigate the planning application.

Tendring District Council is coordinating the consultation on behalf of both councils. Residents of Colchester should also submit their comments via the Tendring District Council Public Access System.
